Warranty Information

 

AMPLIFIERS:

All amplifiers purchased from Wolfram Audio come with a 30-day(from purchase) exchange warranty.

After the 30 days, all amplifiers have a 1-year warranty repair from date of purchase when purchased from www.WolframAudio.com or from an Authorized Retailer. The warranty does not cover improper electrical support, abuse, neglect, accidental damage or improper impedance levels. Warranties are NOT transferable should you decide to sell your amplifier to a third party.

You will be responsible for prepaid shipping to Wolfram Audio's Authorized Amplifier Repair Facility. Wolfram Audio will provide return shipping on the repaired/replaced unit if the amplifier is determined to be manufacturer defective. 

Warranties are non transferrable.

 

 

 

SUBWOOFERS:

All new Wolfram Audio subwoofers are covered under a 1 year limited warranty when purchased from www.WolframAudio.com or from an authorized retailer. The warranty does not cover running more than the RMS power rating, burnt voice coils, accidental damage, misuse or improper wiring.
